My Account - Change or Update AutoPay

A payment account that is linked to AutoPay can be changed or updated.
•
You can update an expired card, or change from a Credit Card to Bank Account, or Bank Account to Credit Card.
Change expiration date on a Credit Card:
•
At the AutoPay Accounts tab, select the ‘Edit’ link for the credit card you are changing.

Update the expiration date and click “Save Credit Card Information”.
•
Be sure the “Default” box is selected, if this Payment Account will be used for your AutoPay.
•
The Saved Payment Methods page will display with the new expiration date.
Change a Payment Account from Credit Card to Bank Account or Bank Account to Credit Card:

At the AutoPay Accounts tab, select the ‘Add New Bank Account’ link or ‘Add New Credit Card’ link based on the payment method you are changing to.

To change your Payment Account to a bank account, at the AutoPay Accounts tab, click ‘Add a New Bank Account’ and enter your bank account information. Check the ‘Default’ box and click ‘Save Bank Account Information’.

Your new bank account will display in the Saved Payment Methods page with a ‘Your Default’ flag displayed.

Select the ‘Manage AutoPay’ tab to confirm that AutoPay was updated to your new bank account.

To change your Payment Account to a credit card, on the AutoPay Accounts tab click ‘Add New Credit Card’ link, enter your credit card information. Check the ‘Default’ box and click ‘Save Credit Card Information.’

Your new credit card will display in the Saved Payment Methods page with a ‘Your Default’ flag.
•
Select the ‘Manage AutoPay’ tab to confirm that AutoPay was updated to your new credit card.
